I regularly see patients Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
If you're interested in scheduling outside of those times, add yourself to the wait-list via my booking page, or contact me directly and I will get back to you as quickly as I am able.
After booking, New Patients will be asked to complete a comprehensive intake form.
Please complete the intake, which may take 15-45 minutes, before your appointment.
**If your intake is not completed before your first appointment we will complete it together,
which may delay treatment to the following visit.**
